About the Series

When we look at everyday life through earthly eyes, it may seem overwhelming. We seek to escape, to disappear. We become weary of doing good. But this was never God’s design for us as followers of Jesus. 

We are meant to live victorious, with no fear of sin or death. Jesus had the final say 2,000 years ago, and this same power is at work until today.

The penalty of our sin is death. But by dying in our place to pay for our sins, and then resurrecting back to life, Jesus broke the power of sin and its penalty, death, in our lives. 

Through His victory, we too can see victory in our everyday challenges. No problem is too large or too small for Him. 

Together, we will look at the power of Jesus’ resurrection and how it brings us victory over sin and death for the next five weeks.
