The resurrection of Jesus is a powerful truth in every believerโs faith. As he reminded fellow believers, Paul proudly proclaims Christโs triumph as He defeated sin and death. His resurrection echoes the victory for us as well, as we wait for our own resurrection someday. This future hope not just comforts us for the future that lies ahead, but also gives us a guide on how to live our lives today.

Being ๐ด๐ต๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ง๐ข๐ด๐ต in faith means maintaining our confidence in God, even as we go through challenges and uncertainties. We can trust Jesus to get us through even the most impossible situations because He has already conquered sin and death. Having the strength to stand firm and unshaken in our life of faith doesnโt happen overnight. It is developed through consistent practice of spiritual disciplines such as studying the word, praying, and being in fellowship with other believers (like joining this small group). Through these God-given rhythms, we come to know and experience Him more deeply, and He strengthens our trust and grows our faith in Him. In light of Christโs victorious resurrection, we are encouraged not only to be immovable in our faith, but also to flourish in Godโs work. The promise of a resurrected life is not an excuse for passive living, but an invitation to active participation in Godโs mission. The work of the Lord is expressed in many ways like sharing your testimony, serving in your local church, praying for the sick, giving to those in need, and preaching the gospel in another nation. There are many ways that we can be a part of Godโs work, as long as we keep ourselves open and available to Him. How have you taken part in Godโs work?ย
As we remain steadfast in our faith and abound in the Lordโs work, we can be sure of His promise that our labor in Him is not in vain. Every sacrifice, every step of obedience, every yes to His call of trust, every service done in Him, every act of faithโthey all have eternal significance. So let us continue to allow the truth and power of Jesusโ victory mold us and prepare us for a resurrected life in Him.ย
