Leadership is not about titles, rankings, or positions. It’s not about awards, certificates, or recognition. 

Jesus Christ, called the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, challenged His disciples to lead last. Even more than that, He modeled what it meant by defining leadership as serving others, even if it seems less impressive in the eyes of others.
